Terms of Service

By purchasing products from A1 Rituals Candles & Co (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Purchaser,” “you”) agree to use all products safely, in accordance with the instructions, warnings, and guidelines provided by A1 Rituals Candles & Co and the original product manufacturer.

You represent that you are of legal age to purchase our products in your province, state, or jurisdiction, and that our products are legal to purchase and own in your area of residence.

Safe Use Agreement

You agree to:

  • Follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your order or on our website.

  • Keep all candles, wax melts, and related products away from children, pets, flammable materials, and unattended environments.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Extinguish candles after 3–4 hours of continuous burning.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Rituals Candles & Co, its owners, and affiliates from:

  • Any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

  • Any third-party claims for damages or injury.

  • Any liability whatsoever arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow provided instructions.

A1 Rituals Candles & Co is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, unsafe handling, or non-compliance with safety guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by open flames, improper placement, or unsafe storage of products.

Candle Safety Statement

For your safety and the longevity of your candle:

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Allow the wax to melt across the surface before extinguishing to prevent tunnelling.

  • Keep candles away from drafts, fans, and vents.

  • Keep away from children and pets. Never place near flammable objects.

     

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish before leaving the room.

  • Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains to prevent container overheating.

  • Store unused products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Avoid burning longer than 3–4 hours at a time to preserve candle quality and safety.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fire, injury, or property damage. Always burn responsibly.
