Meet the maker

Hi, I’m Fharas, founder and maker at A1 Rituals.

This candle making project started after experiencing the beautiful, life-altering pause of motherhood. What started as a creative outlet of melting wax, mixing oils and shaping soaps with a new baby around and a new sense of purpose in my heart, quickly became a need to sit back, feel and reconnect. It became more than just making something by hand to loosen up, it was about finding myself again.

Every candle and bar soap made in A1 Rituals is a small act of care: for you, your home, and your spirit. Handmade in small batches with natural organic materials and deep intention, each piece invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

About the name I chose for this project, with "A1"  I wanted to reflect both the commitment to quality and a personal beginning- the first chapter in this new journey, combined with "Rituals" that to me are intentional moments of daily joy that keeps me grounded. This is an idea born not in a boardroom, but in a home, by a mother rediscovering her spark.
