General Legal Notice & Commercial Terms
All purchases from A1 Rituals Candles & Co. are subject to our published policies, product descriptions, pricing, order confirmations, and applicable laws.
By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms and conditions associated with their purchase.
For wholesale purchases, the purchaser acknowledges that the products are being purchased for business or resale purposes and agrees to review all order details, quantities, product specifications, pricing, and shipping information before submitting payment.
A1 Rituals Candles & Co. reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other errors before an order is fulfilled. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the purchaser to confirm the appropriate resolution before proceeding.
Product images, colours, dimensions, fragrances, and packaging may vary slightly from photographs or previous orders due to the handcrafted nature of our products, seasonal availability, supplier changes, and reasonable production variations. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
For wholesale and custom orders, product quantities, specifications, fragrances, packaging, labels, and other approved details are based on the purchaser's submitted order and/or written approval. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
A1 Rituals Candles & Co. will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated processing or fulfillment timeframe. Fulfillment and delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly confirmed in writing by A1 Rituals Candles & Co.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, A1 Rituals Candles & Co. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, resale, storage, handling, or use of our products, including losses arising from business interruption, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any right, remedy, condition, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to a purchaser under applicable law.
