At A1 Rituals Candles & Co, every order is handcrafted, packaged with care, and shipped from our Canadian studio.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Please allow extra time during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.

• Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need help, email a1ritualsbyfharas@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• FREE Standard Shipping on Canadian orders over $150 (before tax & after discounts).

• Delivery times vary by location.

• Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours after your label is created.

• Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Example: Orders shipped with a 2-day service on Thursday or Friday will likely arrive Monday or Tuesday, as weekend delivery is not available with most carriers.

U.S. Orders

• We ship to the U.S. Rates calculated at checkout.

• Customer is responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes.

Warm Weather Shipping Advisory

Candles, wax melts, and related aroma products may soften or melt if left in hot conditions.
We recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your package right away.
We cannot be responsible for heat damage after delivery.
