Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an A1 Rituals wholesale partner. We are committed to building long-term relationships with retailers who share our passion for thoughtfully crafted home fragrance products. Please review our wholesale policies below.

Opening Order

  • Minimum opening order: $250 CAD.
  • No minimum required for reorders.

Case Packs

  • Products are sold in case packs of 12 units per product variant.
  • Mix & Match is available in half cases (6 + 6) within the same product type. For example, one case may include 6 units of one fragrance and 6 units of another.

Lead Times

Orders are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow the following production times:

  • Up to 100 units: Approximately 1 week
  • 101–500 units: Approximately 2 weeks
  • 500+ units: 3–4 weeks

Lead times begin once payment has been received and may vary during peak seasons.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before production begins.
  • Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and order size.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Product Information

As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

Damages & Claims

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and accompanied by photographs of both the products and packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, wholesale orders are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended exclusively for approved wholesale partners. Retailers are expected to maintain pricing that reflects the value and integrity of the A1 Rituals brand.

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent inventory, product availability may vary due to seasonal collections or the availability of raw materials. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with suitable alternatives.
